Tofu Parmigiana

I cook with Tofu all the time and this was a great tofu recipe! It was so easy my 9 year old pretty much made the whole thing by herself, with a little help from me with the stove!

Jalapeno Hummus

Yum. I have been searching for a good hummus recipe and this one is GREAT! I made it exactly as the directions said and it turned out perfect. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

This was an excellent recipe. I loved the idea of eggplant in soup but never thought it would work. I used veggie crumbs and vegetable bouillon rather then the beef and it was SO yummy. Other then that I did not change a thing and it was wonderful. Thanks for an awesome recipe!

Easy Baked Tempeh

Excellent tempeh recipe. Why didn't I ever think to put nutritional yeast on my tempeh before? That was a great idea even if you change the other spices in the recipe. I also added some soy sauce for an extra kick!

Whole Wheat Biscuits

These biscuits came out a lot better then I expected.I had to double the recipe to feed 4 adults and a child. Overall it is a recipe I will use again.
