Brazilian Black Bean Stew

This was delicious! I was looking for something "different" and ran across this recipe. Easy to make and tasted fantastic! Leftovers were even better. I'll definitely make this again.

Easy to make and good for a casual munchie buffet.....I did use spicy sausage and sharp cheddar, but wish the taste had a bit more "umph"! But, everyone loved them and they were all gone at the end of the party. Will definitely make again.

Rosemary and Brown Sugar Mixed Nuts

Easy and Delicious! Made these for a holiday get-together yesterday.....Rave Reviews from everyone......not a crumb left after the party. One of my guests even suggested that I give boxes of these nuts for Christmas presents!! Will definitely make again.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

LOVE THESE!!! I have cooked this recipe several times now for different dinner guests and everyone raves about them. I've always loved brussel sprouts but this is by far my favorite way to cook them.....excellent!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs

I thought these were terrific. Easy and Tasty. I scrolled through to find something new to do with a package of boneless chicken thighs and found this recipe. Since they were boneless, I cut the cooking time down a bit and they turned out very delicious. I've made these twice now and both times were great!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

This is absolutely the best spaghetti sauce i've ever tasted! I'd never made homemade sauce before and this was soooo easy and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out wonderfully. I've made it twice now. I will never buy jar sauce again.
