Amber's Sesame Chicken (my version)

Reviewed: May 13, 2015
Excellent! I felt it needed more salt so I added salt and 1/3 cup soy sauce. I also tripled to sauce. I can make this every week. My whole family loved it.

I dont know where I went wrong on this recipe. It was too "vinegary" for us. I won't be making it again.

Roquefort Pear Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
I would lessen the cheese next time - it was too strong for me. Otherwise, this is an excellent dish - especially to take to potlucks.

Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2007
Excellent! Reminds me so much of PF Changs Garlic Snow Peas. I actually cooked a chicken breast along with the sauce and my husband said it was the best chicken he'd ever had!

Easy Snack Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2007
This is great appetizer to serve. I did make some changes to make it a little bit more tasty. I added the Ranch Seasoning to the cheese as others suggested. I also omited the carrots and lettuce and instead used shreeded cabbage to make it crispier and diced green onions for a kick. I also seasoned with salt and pepper. I also used roma tomatoes and took out the seeds. It wasnt soggy at all. And make sure to warm tortillas in microwave. This way they wont crack when you roll them up.

Chicken Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2007
This was pretty good. I dipped the chicken in flour before the egg and it helped keep the bread crumbs on. It was a little bland in taste even though I used italian seasoned crumbs, garlic powder, and dried italian seasoning to the crumbs.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2007
Excellent and soooo easy to make! Make extra sauce though for dipping after it's cooked. I got hamburger buns and made this into chicken sandwiches for the family. They loved it!
