Slider-Style Mini Burgers
Very good and easy to make! I prepared these sliders as directed and they turned out great. I prepared an additional half of what the recipe calls for. I added an additional pound of ground beef (3 pounds total) and just added an additional half of all the ingredients except the soup mix -- I used only one envelope. I used the Martin's Potato Party Rolls that come in packs of 24 rolls. With the additional pound of ground beef, I made a total of 42 mini sliders. They were very easy to prepare. I separated the rolls in groups of 6, cut off the tops of the rolls , placed the bottoms on the foil, spread the meat mixture on the bottoms, placed the pickles on top of the meat as another reviewer suggested and then placed the tops of the rolls on each group. After baking, I then cut the rolls apart into individual sliders. These didn't last at the party. Everyone stated how good these were and some asked for the recipe. I will definitely be making these again!

Crispy Fish Fillets
I love this recipe! Who would've known that a little mustard would make such a big difference? After reading the reviews, I did not use potato flakes--instead I stuck with my usual... 1/2 c. all-purpose flour and 3/4 c. cornmeal seasoned with salt and pepper. The result was great tasting crispy fish filets! I've used cod, haddock and tilpia with this recipe and they all turned out good. I've used dijon mustard also... still good, perhaps better depending on your taste. Even my picky 7-year old who typically doesn't eat fish likes this recipe! Enough said!

Zucchini Cake II
Delicious and very easy to make! I made this cake according to the recipe except I used a bundt cake pan and used no frosting. It doesn't need it. I found that I had to bake it for about one hour. I baked it one night before and traveled with it the next day. Very moist and a big hit at the family reunion. This one is a keeper. Thanks, Joan!
