Amazing and Easy Chicken Wings
I was a little scared by the "too mustardy" comment, but these were SOOO GOOD! --just like "honey barbeque" type wings you might get at a restaurant. Didn't taste mustardy at all. (I used a mix of spicy mustard and dijon mustard...not sure how it would taste with yellow mustard.) I added some onion powder and garlic powder, and cooked some sauce with the wings--the sauce gets super gooey--my daughter said it was the best chicken she's ever had. This was the first time I have ever made wings from scratch, and I will be making them again! Thanks for the recipe! I didn't even marinate and they were still amazing!

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Very yummy! I must say, I was skeptical as was my husband, but after all the rave reviews, we had to give it a try--we will again! My husband was wishing there was more marinade to put on our potatoes, so maybe I'll double the marinade next time. I followed the recommendations to use olive oil and stone ground mustard. I also used homemade syrup (very easy! from this site.) So yummy! We will be making this again!

Black Bean Hummus
Big time YUM! I've been looking for ways to use beans (high fiber, protein, and decent amount of iron) and this is a winner. I added extra lemon juice, used olive oil instead of "bean juice" and omitted the cayenne since my 1-yr-old would be eating it. A big hit--it's already half gone and I made it 10 min. ago. I'm going to double the recipe next time. Fresh lemon juice is a must.
