Cheesy Potato Soup II

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2007
Wish I could give this one 10 stars. It will be on my list of favorite recipes and I have been cooking for many years. I used Velveeta for the American cheese slices and could get enough of it!

Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd

Reviewed: May 5, 2007
Wish I could give this one 10 stars! It is very delicious. The only change I made was to omit the pimento (I didn't have any.) and add a small can of sliced mushrooms. We even had plenty to eat some the next day!

Tangy Buttermilk Cheese Bread

This was so easy and extremely yummy. Only problem I had was staying away from it. I made toast with it, made a sandwich with it, everything I used it for was great!

This recipe is so simple but will completely fool your friends into thinking you are a gourmet cook! I used Starbucks Komodo Dragon coffee beans. Chocolate + Starbucks coffee.... must be heaven!

Mocha Cooler

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2008
This excellent! I now keep it on hand and share with friends who drop in. I increase the coffee by a tablespoon because I love the flavor. Sometimes I add 3 tablespoons of protein powder as I blend it. Great as a meal substitute!

Apple Enchiladas

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2007
I grew up baking everything from scratch with my grandmother. I take such pride in my baking skills... I have to say that I was totally blown away by this ultra simple yet SCRUMPTIOUS recipe. It is wonderful hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream but almost better from the fridge the next day! A+++++ in my book!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2007
Wow! If you want to make everyone rave about your cooking ability, just make these! Warning: They will not last long. The only thing that I would do different is to cook them in a larger pan or in two pans so they can spread more.

I seriously think I could go into business with these! I put walnuts in some and dipped others in white chocolate. They were so good that I wrapped them individually and gave them as Valentine Candy to all my friends.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2012
I had a few overripe bananas so I wanted to make a batch of muffins. I couldn't find my usual recipe so I looked to Allrecipes for a solution. I could not have made a better choice! This recipe is super simple, and calls for things you keep in your cabinet year round. Very delicious, very moist. A big hit with our 4 teenage sons!

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

OMG! This is so so so very scrumptious! I made it according to the recipe but cooked it 25 minutes. Don't know if my oven is a little hot but it was perfect. I threw some ham, chopped fresh spinach and diced roma tomatoes on top. It couldn't have been better.
