Kimberly's Meaty Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
This was really good. I didn't have any tomato paste so I used a cup of ketchup and it turned out fine. I also added bell peppers and about 3 cloves of minced garlic. YUMMY!!!! I think this is a really good base for anyone to work with.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Pie by EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
This recipe is awesome! My brother makes it for all of our family functions and there is never any left. It's rich and creamy because the secret is sweetened condensed milk not granulated sugar. Also to make it easier you can use a store bought crust.

White Chili III

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
this was really good. i used leftover thanksgiving turkey and it was perfect. everyone is sick of thanksgiving food after a few days of leftovers so this did the trick. add the cumin a little at a time until it's to your taste.

Black and Bleu Chicken Alfredo

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2008
very good. i also used crumbles instead of dressing. the only reason i gave it a 4 was because it doesn't reheat well. so maybe next time i will sprinkle the alfrado with the bleu cheese.

Lasagna Roll Ups

I'm giving it a five star because of the flavor. However, it was a lot of work. Regular lasagna is just fine with me.

Savory Cheddar Zucchini Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
these were excellent!!! i had zero problems. my picky eaters even loved them. i made two batches and we had some left for breakfast the next morning before school. to the reviewer with the problems: make sure you measure correctly. remember there are two seperate measuring utensils for solids and liqids. also make sure you are measuring your flour, soda, and powder correctly. sifting also helps.
