Polynesian Peach Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2013
Thanks for the great recipe. I only changed items that I didn't have. I used boneless chicken breast tenders, cherry tomatoes sliced in half, zuccini julliened instead of bell peppers and I swapped out one of the Tblsp of vinegar for lime juice. I added extra water as it cooked. Served with white rice. It came out delicious.

Cream of Mushroom Soup II

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
Yum! Even 2 of my kids ate it. I did have to make some adjustments because of dairy allergies and the kids put some of their fake cheese on it and melted it, but it turned out great! What a great way to get my mushroom quota for the day. Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Tomato Meatballs

Very good recipe. Added some Italian spices and cooked with a Marinara sauce. Yum! My son keeps asking for these. My daughter has wheat and egg allergies. So I used wheat free bread crumbs and it came out great!

Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Yum! Yum! Yum! We liked it just as is. Added the dry ingredients with cold milk like others suggested. We did not wait for it to cool. The kids, my husband and I all enjoyed it warm.
