Juicy Peach Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Simply amazing! I didn't have almond extract so I left that out, and I used about 3/4 cup brown sugar. And about 8-9 peaches. The teenagers are gobbling it up!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2010
This is actually the recipe my father has used for years. However, I have made my own changes that I thought I would list here. I love spicy chili so I substitute one lb of the hamburger for one lb of hot sausage, I have never really cared for kidney beans so instead I use one can of hot chili beans and one can of mild chili beans and I swear by the generic chili beans you can buy at Save-a-lot! I also use one can of Rotel tomato and green chillies and one can of diced fire roasted tomatoes and this is in addition to the salsa. I have won a few contests with this recipe and everyone loves it! Have fun and add whatever you want!

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2009
By far the BEST chocalate chip cookie recipe ever! I have been searching for a recipe for years that was different from the tollhouse cookie bag, and this one definately is! I left everything the exact same and took them out before browned and let them sit on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to continue cooking.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
This was soooo YUMMY! It was only my daughter and i so we only used 2 cans of biscuits, the small cans and used a round 9" pan. And also added some of the leftover sugar mixture to the butter and brown sugar while cooking. Even though we only did two layers of dough it still rose above the pan! This was excellent and will definately make again! Thank you!!

No Time to Cook Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
WOW!! This recipe was sooooo GOOD! I only changed a few things, i didnt have cream of celery so i used cream of mushroom, also added a can of mushrooms and added some spices, like garlic, sea salt and a few other of my favorites. I then made mashed potatoes on the side and the gravy from the chicken was excellent on the potatoes! Definately a 5!!

I recieved this recipe in my inbox today and had to comment. My best friend makes the same thing except she uses the ragu alfredo sauce instead and it is soooooo yummy!! Im going to try with the spaghetti sauce tonight though, that sounds just as good!
