Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
It was my first time to make this and it did not disappoint. I followed what was written on here and did the water bath method. It did not crack at all but gave me a very shiny and firm cheesecake. It was dense as well and has just the right amount of sweetness. I put some blueberry jam on top of it and some frozen blueberries. This one requires patience. The waiting game is a killer but its worth it.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
this is a very flavorful recipe for banana muffin. it is very soft and moist. also, the sweetness is PERFECT ! i did not alter the amount of the ingredients however i added 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1 tsp of cinnamon. the ideal pair for this would be a cup of tea on a winter, sunday morning ---- WONDERFUL :)

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2007
i made these 2 nights ago and i'm still eating some now ;) the leftovers are equally good. the only mistake i made was i doubled the amount of mustard as someone suggested. it kind of overpowered the taste but at any rate, this is still yummy, whether you eat it with rice or mashed potatoes. thanks, kevin for the recipe.

Plum Glazed Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2007
This was my second time to make pork ribs but this is the best recipe compared to the first one that I used. The meat is literally falling off the bone !!! I love this !!! Best if paired with potato salad and some green beans. Thank you for this recipe.

Sweeper Steak

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2007
This recipe is good with fettucine or rice. Very easy to make, just mix all the ingredients and bake in the oven. Also, be careful with the dry onion mix as it has a tendency to give this dish a salty flavor.

Yesterday, I bought 4 large mushrooms from the local grocery store just to test this recipe. Tonight, I am making another batch and by writing that, you know what I mean. This stuff is GOOD !!! =)
