Best Brownies
I whipped these up ,super quick, the other night. Ate them almost as soon as they came out of oven ( probably should have let them cool longer as they still needed to set a bit). Oh my!!! Perfectly delicious and super easy. Making them tonight and adding crushed skor bits. Didn't make icing. Oh I forgot, I used a mixture of coconut oil and olive oil instead of butter, it's what I had.

Playgroup Granola Bars
yum!, I followed recipe, except I used 3/4 c all purpose and 1/4 c whole wheat. I also added some trail mix and dried blueberries. Also, I only baked for 20 minutes, like so many others had suggested, and Im thankful I took them out when I did. I do think putting apple sauce in this would be delicious. Next batch I will try just that. thank you for the recipe.

Asian Pork Tenderloin
I loved this. I added the juice of an orange to the marinade, and cut down on the chile sauce. I marinated for 2 hours, then removed my 1lb tenderloin and patted it dry. I pan fried the tenderloin on each side for about a minute until browned, then poured all of the marinade over the meat and put in a 400 degree oven for 18 minutes and removed from oven when internal temp was 145-150 degrees and let rest . I made a stir fry of carrots, onions and red bell pepper, and topped a pile of rice with the stirfry , tenderloin and poured the sauce over it all. It was delicious!!! Thank you for the recipe. It sounds like quite a few changes, but its pretty much the same recipe just slightly tweaked.
