This recipe was great for my small family, with enough leftover for a couple of days but not too much. a Super timesaver for busy moms or even dads. The meat was moist and it can be sliced or shread. A little to salty for my taste, so I will be using a rub of butter salt and garlic next time. Hint: my turkey breast did not take 8 hours to cook, more like six or five and a half. so please do check your turkey if you do not like it overdone. If you can not slice it maybe you overcooked it. But it is still great shreaded. Thanks for the recipe. ;>
