This was a HUGE HIT for our first Non-Traditional Christmas Eve Dinner. I made the recipe just as given with the exception of using precut boneless chichen breast to speed up the preparation, grilled, then shredding them. Everyone loved it and just for fun I put a few sauces to go with it, Raspberry, Bluecheese, and Ranch. Everyone wanted to take the leftovers home with them and I was left with some dirty dishes and a Big SMILE ! If you CAN save any they are great cut up and served in a salad the next day. I'll do this one again and again!
