Classy Green Bean Casserole
WOW ... so easy and so perfectly wonderful for that special dinner. I didn't make this one, I had my husband make it. He didn't change a thing in the recipe. This proved what an easy to make dish this one is because he doesn't make casseroles. He loved it as much as I did, and so did all the folks around the table at Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't have to worry about leftovers .. there were NONE !

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
I've never made a better pie. I made sure to read all the ratings first to get any tips and tricks. I tossed my apples in cinnamon and brown sugar before I added them in the recipe. I also made a creamy cream cheese glaze to spread on top when it was almost ready to serve and it made the presentation even more beautiful. This Pie made me the Star of the potluck meal!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
This was a HUGE HIT for our first Non-Traditional Christmas Eve Dinner. I made the recipe just as given with the exception of using precut boneless chichen breast to speed up the preparation, grilled, then shredding them. Everyone loved it and just for fun I put a few sauces to go with it, Raspberry, Bluecheese, and Ranch. Everyone wanted to take the leftovers home with them and I was left with some dirty dishes and a Big SMILE ! If you CAN save any they are great cut up and served in a salad the next day. I'll do this one again and again!
