Icelandic Pepper Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2013
Used parchment paper and cookies came off pan super easy. Did not put dough into the fridge, instead used a cookie scoop and then a fork to push down some. Took 14min to cook in my oven. Wasn't sold on the taste, I enjoy a much spicier cookie. But texture was perfect

Italian Pasta Salad I

Reviewed: May 13, 2013
Delish. Added in some tomatoes and didn't use the red pepper. Would also work good with some cucumber or chicken thrown in

Isaac's Juicy Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2013
Halfed the breadcrumbs, kept everything else the same. Was able to cover 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Tender meat. Good but for us we will need to add a bit more "pizazz"

Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2013
Didn't have the right shape noodles, used what was on hand. Not sure if its because of the noodles used, or if thats how its supposed to be. But my noodles were too mushy. Next time I will cook for a shorter time. Also, I found that salt is a must.

Ground Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2012
I had some leftover cabbage in my fridge and this was the perfect use for it. Not quite enough "sauce/moisture" I think I would cut back on my cabbage just a little, or maybe add a bit more chopped tomatoes. Will make again
