I made this soup based on what I had so I omitted celery, carrots and used flakes of potatoes (added after blending) and I added curry. It was phenomenal! Both my hubs & I liked it plus two people who were at my house and wanted to try it. Great recipe and can be modified to fit what you have!!

AMERICAN Breakfast Casserole

Oh man, this was the best recipe ever!! And my group devoured it. I made it with sausage and put bacon bits on the top. I was worried about the cottage cheese creating a weird texture but it was amazing. Seriously amazing. Well done.

Egg Casserole

Always a hit and great to add extra veggies laying around!! I added peppers, onions, mushrooms, artichoke ect and it was phenomenal plus it can sit overnight and still be terrific!!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Really GREAT! And yes, very peanut butter but light and nice. Used a chocolate sugar wafer crust which was nice and moist as opposed to a graham cracker crust just due to preference. Added Reece's cups and put in a 9x13 pan. Will definitely make again!

Chocolate Brownie Crust

Yes, I thought it was great though I had trouble finding the cookie only because I was looking for a version of Nilla Wafers instead of Chocolate Sugar Wafers. But yes, I will definitely use again! Thanks!
