About this Cook
I am a stay at home Mom with two wonderful, and busy boy's. I just completed Chocoatier school and started my own business making "high end" chocolates with my sister.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking the best. I also love trying anything new.
My favorite family cooking traditions
None really, My Mom was a neat freak to say the least. She was always worried we would mess up her nice clean kitchen:(
My cooking triumphs
Anything that my husband likes is a triumph, he is a pretty picky eater!
My cooking tragedies
I once set an entire pan on fire trying to make a bloomin' onion:) this was back when i first got married and had little to no kitchen experience.

Edible Play Dough
All this recipe needed was an extra cup of the dried milk. After that, it was perfect! The kids LOVED it:) I have a day care in my home, and we combined snack time with craft time. Will use again and again. Thanks!

Jo Jo's Favorite Banana Muffins
Loved these muffins! Nice and moist with a great banana flavor. I used 2 large over ripe banana's that I had to use up. I added 1/2 tsp vanilla and only used 1/2 tsp of cinnamon which was perfect. Any more would have been too much. Mine were perfectly done at 20 minutes, so watch your baking time.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is a great, easy recipe. The kids think it's so cool to eat a giant cookie:) I followed the recipe exactly except I don't have a pizza pan (cant find it since we moved:() I read about other people having theirs spill over the sides of the pan so deiceded to use a 9 inch non stick, spring form pan. No parchment needed, and it's deep so it absolutely wont spill over. Just let it cool a while and release the spring sides. Comes right out and flips onto the cooling rack.
