Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup
Yummy and soothing. I wish I had blended down the onions a bit better though.

Creamed Peas and New Potatoes
Not my cup of tea. Wanted to try something different, but it was too milky/starchy/bland for my taste. Ended up washing out the milk and re-purposed into mashed potato salad. Oh well, it was easy, and worth a try.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
accidentally doubled the amount of whipping cream, but turned out great just the same. very easy to use frosting.
