Bread Machine Challah I
This really was amazing. The crust on it is so flaky and crisp, and the inside is tender, moist and fine. A good challah, especially so for one made in a bread machine!

Raspberry Sour Cream Pie
Absolutely a wonderful dessert! I, too, am asked to make this for summer events, and it's become a "signature" dessert. I substitute plain yogurt for some of the sour cream without any effect on the flavor or texture. Use only fresh or premium frozen (i.e., flash-frozen individual) raspberries.

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler
Although the filling is tasty (and not too sweet), the topping is more like a sugar cookie than a biscuit-like cobbler. It was nice to try something different for a change- and the sugar cookie topping is good- I'll stick with my fluffy biscuit-cobbler topping.
