Creamy Frosting
Wooo Hooo!!! I followed the directions exactly except I mixed the milk/flour mix with the butter/sugar mix while it was still warm, I added a cup of peanut butter as I wanted P.B. Frosting, then I chilled it in the fridge for about 2 hours and then whipped it with my hand mixer. The sugar was completely dissolved and it was so creamy I wanted to eat it before it ever got on the cake!

Nany's White Cake
I only had small eggs so I used three eggs instead of two and the batter was a bit runny so I used two cups of flour instead of one and a half. I added multi-colored sprinkles in the batter and it came out perfect!!! I will definetly be making it again!

Multigrain Seeded Bread
I used flax seeds instead of sesame seeds and this recipe is a keeper! I also poured about 1/4 cup of boiling water over the nut & oats mix to moisten them. I let them soak up the water while the bread was rising. This made the bread nice and moist.
