Swiss Potato Soup

I'm not sure why this is called Swiss Potato Soup since it uses cheddar. I used swiss cheese and it's amazing that way! I used chicken stock instead of boullion and tossed in a little cooked crumbled bacon that I had on hand. This way I only had to add a pinch of salt. The thickness is perfect.

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

YUM!!! Quick, easy and so much more delicious than a cardboard box mac & cheese. I added buttered parmesan breadcrumbs when I baked it just to up the yum factor.

Jill's Hash Brown Casserole

Delicious recipe. I used Cream of Chicken instead of mushroom as well since that's our preference and had panko on hand so I mixed panko, some of the cheddar cheese and some of the melted butter and sprinkled on top the last 20 minutes. Wonderful that way!
