Breakfast Burritos with Green Salsa

I skipped the potatoes to reduce the carbs. Great remedy for a late night out. For more heat pass the hot sauce. I substituted flour tortillas and covered in a cheesy sauce.

Swiss Cheese Souffle

My first attempt at making a souffle. This was very good. The nutty flavor of the swiss cheese with the saltiness of the parm cheese worked well together. This came out rather creamy and fluffy. Worth the trouble

Maple Glazed Ribs

I dusted these my favorite rub and put them in the oven @ 350 degrees for 3 hours. I basted with the maple syrup mixture every 30 minutes. These were good.

Hasselback Potatoes

I followed the recipe but used olive oil instead. This came out like the picture, crispy and delicious. We topped them with a sour cream with chopped fresh chives mixed in. Lovely.
