Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: May 19, 2010
Great recipe when you need a fast pizza! Definately not like the traditional pizza crust taste. It was still delicious and EASY! Doubled the recipe and made two large think crust pizzas. One was cheese the other one was a "green" pizza. Pesto, spinach, roasted bell pepper, and feta. THe kids loved both.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2007
This is an awesome recipe!!! The key to good pizza making is the pizza stone. I have always put together the pizza on an aluminum pan then put it in the oven. The correct way is to heat up a pizza stone in the oven for 20 mins. at 450 degrees. Assemble the pizza on a wooden pizza shovel. Then gently shovel the pizza onto the heated stone in the oven. The pizza comes out like a gourmet restaurant pizza. This recipe is good becuase the crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Really good. I put some raisins in my. It is a good thick, chewy texture. Made really good peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Plain and Simple Sourdough Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2007
This was a really easy and good recipe. I put everything in the bread machine and let it knead it for about 10 to 15 mins. Then took it out and covered it in an oiled bowl for 40 mins. Also warmed up the oven and turn it off for quick rising. Then took it out after 40 mins. and rolled it flat and rolled it into a roll like the french baguette recipe. Covered it and put it back in the oven for another 30 mins. Baked at 400 degrees until brown. Delicious! The crust was chewy and crispy at the same time. Inside was also soft. Thanks for the recipe!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

These were just okay for me. I feel bad because the other reviews were so good. I followed the recipe exactly. I even cut down the cooking time on the last batch to make sure it's more moist rather than dry. Probably will not bake these again.

Super easy and good. You literally can have fresh baked bread in about 1 hour! Taste just like any store bought bread.......only better!
