Cheesy Sausage Zucchini Casserole
This was pretty yummy. I didn't change much except doubling the rice and using shredded sharp cheddar. I also used italian seasoning instead of oregano. I undercooked the rice just slightly so that it could soak up any excess moisture from the tomatoes and zuchinni and let it bake in the oven for the full hour. Tasty and filling! Will make again.

Italian Beef Hoagies
I absolutely loved these and so did my dad. Can't wait to make them again. Very yummy.

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
These really were very tasty. The best part was being able to get them in the crockpot dish the night before and just having them over in the corner on Thanksgiving day not needing stove or oven space. I'll be making these every holiday now. Thanks for sharing!
