Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

This recipe is the original recipe for Sara Lee Pound cake. The only difference is that Sara Lee uses powder sugar instead of white sugar and no cream cheese. It changes the texture a little to a softer texture. INCREDIBLE recipe. My favorite!!!!!

Cream Cheese Coffee Cake II

I made 2 mistakes and it was wonderful. Didn't read recipe all the way through and left out the topping. Went to the store and from memory bought cream cheese remembering that it called for 2 (3oz. not 2-8oz) so I had cream cheese mix left over. I made a simple drizzle icing out of leftovers and added the nuts to the top. It was still very good. This is a KEEPER

Sister Schubert's® Meatball Casserole

I could not imagine using dinner rolls as a base for a casserole. Thats what made me try the recipe. There are only 2 of us and we do not generally eat much bread. Found the Sister Schubert rolls in the freezer section and really didn't want to buy that many so I made a cooks change and found a small loaf of soft crusted bread in bakery section and cut it up in 10 pieces. Worked out fine. Used Paul Newman's meat sauce with sausage, otherwise followed the recipe as directed. We had friends over for dinner and 4 people eat 3/4 pan of a 9x13 pan. It was INCREDIABLE. Will keep this one and make again

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Everything the reviews before mine are true!!!! I do catering and decided to change my dinner roll recipe and used this one. I was feeding 200. The rave reviews that I recieved. I also have been looking for a cinnamon roll recipe and used this and the only thing I did different was to add a 1/3 cup more sugar. Rolled the dough out and covered with butter and cinnamon/sugar. WOW!!!!! I also had some cream cheese frosting left in the refrige and used it also. I rolled the dough out like I would with cinnamon rolls and caked on the icing and then rolled them. Another WOW!!! Iced them in cream cheese frosting. THANK YOU Donna for submitting this recipe. This is a real keeper.

Pineapple Ham Casserole

I made this recipe and it was actually better cold. The flavor came out of the ham and pineapple. GREAT lunch.

Apple Slab Pie

Took this to a church picnic and everyone wanted to know who made it.I was alittle gun shy of the crust because it was so moist when I rolled it out but it came out in the end. This for me is a keeper.

Apple Pie Ice Cream

I really enjoy competing in the Ice Cream Crank Off at our County Fair. I have not particapated in several years and have always done well. Competed in State Fair Crank off and place 3rd. This recipe won me Grandchampion and tasters choice award at the county fair level and am taking it to state. I even left the carmel sauce out, time ran out to add it I had so many people ask for the recipe. The one thing I did different was I mixed the cookie crumbs with the butter and baked the 5 mins and when they came out of the oven I then patted them down. This recipe is truly a GRAND-PRIZE winner.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

My wife is on a diet and chicken is a big part of her diet. She had made mention that she was "chicken'd out" . I wasn't listening at the time and planned the days meals and planned on using this recipe on of couse CHICKEN when I remembered that she was "chicken'd out", I then changed plans and pulled out of the freezer some Pollack filets and coated and breaded with them with seasoned bread crumbs and baked at 350 for about 10 minutes. Just as incrediable as the chicken recipe

Creamy Red Potatoes

Love potatoes all different ways. I made this recipe not in a slow cooker but in the oven.Bake 350* for about 45 mins or until tender. Also made this for 50 people to rave reviews.Excellent!!!!!

Chicken and Bowtie Pasta with Asiago Cream Sauce

I used this recipe for a catered dinner of 30 people along with another entree and this was scarped up and wanted more. I read the reviews and and added onion to the chicken and used bacon instead of the prosciutto. AWESOME recipe. My daughter loved it and wants it often and I have to remind her it's made with cream not skim milk.
