White Almond Wedding Cake

Amazing!!!! This is the best cake I've ever tasted, let alone made. I use this recipe for all my family and friends birthday cakes. It is the PERFECT carving cake because of it's dense texture. It holds heavy icing well too! I LOVE it!!

Soft Chocolate Cookies

These are the best cookies ever!! So soft and delicious! I followed the recipe except for omitting the chocolate chips (just because i didnt have any!) And i rolled the dough balls in the powdered sugar before baking them. They came out PERFECT and delicious!! I will be making this recipe again and again!!

Shrimp and Crab Bisque

My husband and i tried this last night and LOVED it. My hubby is a big fan of bisque and crab, so i figured this was a good combo to try out while he was feeling under the weather. I used fresh real crab meat and small frozen, pre-cooked shrimp. I followed the recipe exact with the exception of the wine, which because so many previous reviewers had reduced it to 1/4 cup i decided to hit in somehwere in the middle and used 1/3 cup chardonnay. It turned out BEAUTIFULLY. My husband and i LOVED the difference in textures with the shrimp and crab. I left the shrimp whole. Nice and rich and delicious!! I do agree that serving size is quite small. It must be an appetizer because as a main course there is only enough to serve 2, which was perfect for us!!

Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer

I didnt seem to have much flavor the first time i made it per the recipe. The next time i added some minced onions and garlic powder and we liked it much better.

This turned out GREAT!!! The instructions were VERY easy to follow and the icing turned out delicious! I actually used it as a filling for sandwich cookies, and it was just perfect!! VERY VERY tasty and VERY easy!!!

Meat Loaf Pie

The recipe wasnt specific. So i used a frozen pie crust. I did have it out thawing for about an hour. But all in all i cooked the pie nearly double time and the pie crust was still mush. I followed directions to a tee and found it to not have much flavor.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

My husbands new favorite meatloaf. I really like the added cheese. My hubby always wants me to melt cheese on top of his anyway. This way its already in there! I just add a tad more than the recipe calls for, because we really like it cheesy. Excellent recipe!!!!

Cheddar Baked Chicken

This chicken was so tasty and so moist! I followed the directions to a t and it turned out wonderfully! My husband said it was his favorite chicken ever. He is a huge fan of cheese anyway. This recipe is awesome, I wouldnt change a thing!

Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole

Im SO glad I found this recipe again this year. My family has never had sweet potatoes as a dish for Holidays until i made this last year. It was gone before the turkey was on the table! And now they are begging for it. I wont lose this recipe EVER AGAIN!
