Broccoli Salad I

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2002
This is a great, easy salad for summer parties. However, I doubled the broccoli in order to make enough for 8 people. I also left out the sunflower seeds and used pre-cooked bacon bits, and it was great!!

Corn Dip

This is a great recipe- I usually use non-fat sour cream. Wonderful to bring to a party. It seems best if you let it refrigerate for at least 24 hours or more. Always a big hit!!

Baked Spaghetti I

This was really great comfort food, although the prep time was longer than expected. I've shared the recipe, and everyone loves it! It made a lot, was nice for leftovers

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2001
This is a great recipe. Goes great over left over pasta for lunch! However, mine was a little runny- I added an extra can of beans both times I made it (about half way through), which made it nice and thick.

Best Chicken Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2001
I used a peppercorn ranch dressing instead of regular, which gave it a bit more zing. However, I wasn't sure about the A-1/steak sauce marinade. It seemed a little overpowering. Next time will try something a little more mellow for chicken.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2001
Like others have said before, the cooking time is a little long. I bake it at 400 for 10 minutes, and an additional 20-25 at 350. This way it turns out nice and juicy. Otherwise, it's a favorite!

Teriyaki Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2001
I brought this salad to a party, and it was a big hit. It was really easy to make ahead of time-- I grilled the chicken at the last minute. Will definately make it again!!
