Surprise Banana Cake

This cake tasted so good and was really easy to make! I made it in a dark bundt pan and it took about 45-50 minutes to bake. Great recipe and I'll definitely make it again!

Banana Banana Bread

This recipe was amazing! I used 5 overripe large bananas and it made 3 cups of mushed bananas. It was such a simple recipe to make and tasted so good! It was incredibly moist and absolutely delicious! I think I might add some cinnamon to the top when I make it again. I'll definitely save this recipe to make another day! Absolutely excellent!

Easy Asparagus

My husband and I love this recipe! It's one of those really great go-to recipes when you're looking for a healthy side dish. Tip: Cut the last 3" or so off the asparagus spear because that part is often too hard to eat.

Ultimate Valentine's Day Chocolate Truffle

These tasted phenomenally, but were a pain once put in the mold. I had to scoop them out with a spoon and re-shape them because they would not come out of the mold. The soft consistency meant none of the normal tricks (freezing for a few seconds, running hot water over the bottom of the pan, banging the pan, etc.) would work. I'd suggest spraying the mold with some cooking spray before you put the chocolate in the mold or not even using the mold at all and maybe shaping inside cookie cutters. Even though they didn't look too beautiful, they sure tasted GREAT!

This was delicious! I doubled the recipe for a 1 Gal pitcher, used raspberry tea mix and added cut up pineapple in addition to the lemons and oranges and served it at an office fiesta! Delicious!

Grilled Citrus Tuna

It had a great flavor and complimented the tuna very nicely. We only wished it had a slightly stronger citrus taste. A solution might be to add some orange rind and maybe not use as much basil and oregano- maybe 3/4 t instead of 1 t each. Overall, it had a wonderful flavor!

Breaded Sea Scallops

It was okay. I used small scallops and there was a little too much breading. Also, it looked too much like stuffing. It needed a little bit of flavor, too. Maybe, if I tried it again, I'd add some lemon juice or garlic or parsley.
