Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
My boyfriend loves this recipe! I usually buy a thick crust and use a lot less dressing like the other reviewers say. If you don't have a thick crust, the pizza tends to fall apart when you try to pick it up. Otherwise, yummy!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2007
This is by far my favorite chicken recipe of all time. I usually double the lime juice and make a sauce (1/2 cup white wine + 1/2 cup chicken broth) - then add the leftovers from the chicken pan into the sauce and serve over fettucine. FANTASTIC!

Yia Yia's Tzatziki Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2007
Thanks for all the great reviews everyone! For those of you who are looking for a low-fat recipe - Whole Foods Market (or probably any other natural foods supermarket) carries a FAT FREE Greek Yogurt, so you still get the thickness, and the great taste! If you choose low fat sour cream over the regular, make sure to drain the water. And for those of you who aren't sure what English Cucumbers are, they are sometimes called something different in the Supermarket - but always come fully wrapped in plastic! Thanks again!

Quick and Easy Brownies

Yum. I used 1 cup flour like others recommended - and 1/2 cup brown sugar/1 cup sugar. Fast and easy for quick company. Baked 30 minutes until done. Thanks!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
This recipe is FANTASTIC. Instead of toasting my own bread, I buy the wheat/white bread crumb mix (no flavor) and use about 5-6 cups, omit the liver, and don't bake it in the turkey. I also used 1.5 lbs. of reduced fat Jimmy Dean pork sausage because we don't have Turkey Sausage in our grocery store. Cook the sausage with the onions and spices like mentioned, then add to the apple/cranberry/bread mixture and stir. Add the turkey stock and mix until moist. Keep warm in the oven at 150 degrees until ready to eat! Voila! Perfect - thank you for this!

Chicken Pot Pie VI

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
This recipe is delicious. Great comfort food for the winter! The only change I make is to omit the pie crust. Instead, I like to roll out a can of crescent rolls and place the sheet only on top of the pie. It's great!

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2009
The turkey stock has never tasted so good... EVER. I don't know what it is about this recipe... but just like the title states - our turkey was juicy as ever!!! We made a 25 lb. turkey, so doubled all the spices that we rubbed inside, and added a can and 1/2 of chicken broth. Great!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Not bad - a little too chewy for my liking. I added cinnamon/vanilla like other users suggested but they just didn't stay together that well.

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2011
A little sticky to work with, the more sugar I added the dryer it got. My cake looked beautiful, however! But, most people peeled it off and ate the delicious buttercream underneath.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
This recipe was PERFECT! I like more juices, so I used 3 c. beef broth and 1 c. water. However, you really don't need to change anything - it's easy, like a slow cooker recipe SHOULD be! No precooking, just throw it in the pot and go!

Feta Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
From someone who eats feta straight from the block, this was just ok. The seasonings took away from the flavor of the cheese. I prefer the Easy Cheese Ball II.

Delicious! Set and forget. Cooked on low for 11 hours in my slow cooker. I used two whole onions and an entire green bell pepper. For personal taste, I would probably add an extra can of beans next time. Flavor was great! Thanks for the recipe!
