Accidental Fish
Delicious! you can also grill the fish and add some shrimp skewers and serve it over a bed of rice then pour the "Accidental" sauce over it.

Grilled Sea Bass
Delicious! A few times I didn't have butter so I used olive oil and it still came out great. This recipe is definitely a keeper. I serve this rice ;)

Grilled Marinated Swordfish
This recipe is simple and wonderful! My husband catches fresh fish all the time and has me marinade it this way. I try to marinade it longer than 1 hour so it really soaks in the juices!
