Italian Green Bean Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2011
I sauteed the green beans in garlic and oil and salt and pepper first then removed them and added the chicken. I added salt and pepper to that too. When browned I added the rest of the ingredients. I served it with rice.

Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
I doubled the sauce for 2 lbs. of chicken breasts. I only marinated it for 30 minutes in the fridge. I sauteed the chicken until completely cooked and then poured the thickened sauce on top. I served it over white rice. It was delicious.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
These are quite yummy. I used about 2 cups of shredded cheddar and 1 cup of mozzarella since that was all I had. I baked them in a mini muffin pan for about 12 minutes. I got about 30 muffins out of it. Great bite sized appetizers for a party.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
I used 1 lb. of steak and 1 red, 1 green pepper. I sliced the peppers and onions instead of chopping and cooked on low for 8 hours. Could have used a little more salt.

Linguine Pescadoro

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
This tasted even better than our favorite Italian Restaurant makes it. I added extra garlic and a lot of fresh basil and parsley in addition to the Italian Seasoning. I reduced the lemon zest to 1 teaspoon and left everything else the same. Thanks!!

This was very tasty! I omitted the zucchini since I didn't have any on hand. I used penne pasta, fresh basil and added sliced black olives. Thanks for the recipe!

Flank Steak Pinwheels

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2007
This was awesome. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen and red wine vinegar since I didn't have any red wine on hand. The only problem was that the steak was still too thick even after pounding so the pinwheel had a hard time staying together. Next time I might slice the steak lengthwise and make two rolls. My husband said it was gourmet!
