Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
This was a very good recipe. I agree with others that the garlic would be better boiled with the potatoes and mashed up with them (not to mention easier). It was a little overwhelming as well as time-consuming to put all the chopped garlic in afterwards. Also, these are very thick so people who like creamier potatoes would probably want to add some milk.

Baked Pork Chops I
Very good. My husband even loved these and he always thought that if pork chops weren't barbequed, they weren't worth eating! My only complaint was that either my pork chops were too big or my pan was too small. I haven't yet gotten 6 pork chops in one 9x13 pan. I usually have to split them up in a 9x13 and a 9x9.

It's Chili by George!!
This one's a winner! I made this for the annual chili cookoff at my work and won 2nd place. I made a few modifications though. I substituted Rotel for the tomato juice and doubled the amount of kidney and pinto beans (2 cans of each.) It was a little spicy for some older ones but my husband and I think it's perfect!
