Broccoli with Rigatoni
I used this recipe based on the "6 Dinners under $100" menu.....perfect vegeterian meal w/ bread and a salad! It was an easy quick main dish to make on a weeknight - we love mac n cheese and alfredo and this fits easily into that category. We will be adding this to our menu regularly!!

One-Dish Beef Stroganoff and Noodles
So quick and easy!! Tasted just as good as my "usual" recipe - but I liked cooking the noodles in the same pan then tossing it all together.....I will add some more seasonings next time, just needed a little more flavor!

Bacon Cheese Frittata
Perfect easy dish! I was looking for something simple to make for lunch - the kids are still home on Christmas break and we're sleeping way past breakfast!! I've made this as is w/ hashbrowns on the side - GREAT!!
