Amazing as is, but I made a few tweaks for my personal taste - I double it; use a whole store bought rotisserie chicken - remove skin and chop; sauté sliced mushrooms in butter - set aside; sauté onions in butter till translucent - set aside; large dice - red potatoes, sliced carrots and celery boiled until potatoes are tender, but still firm; add chicken to boiling veg mix to heat through - drain and set aside. Make sauce in large stock pot - once thick, add in mushrooms, onions, a can of corn (drained), veggie/chicken mix - fills two large/deep dish pie dishes. Cook on a cookie sheet to avoid drips. You can substitute any veg you like.
