Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
I don't have an electric mixer so I whipped this thoroughly with a fork, and it still turned out perfect - silky, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth cookies. I think they're full of flavour. My oven took about 10-11 minutes - I like a tiny bit of browning. They fell apart easily (we didn't care) but (like any cookies) if you let them sit and cool, they're much firmer. Next time I'll squeeze them from a star-shaped nozzle icing bag like another reviewer suggested. They taste like heaven but look a little dull.

Ramen Noodle Soup
I used spicy sesame and chilli oil, and too much, so it was too hot - but still so tasty! I tried chow mein noodles because I had them on hand, but the milder taste of ramen would have been better. I'll definitely make it again, but obey the ingredient list next time! Otherwise a very delicious soup, great for busy vegetarians! Edit: I forgot to mention - I added a can of mixed Chinese vegetables, like water chestnuts, baby corns, and bean sprouts, and slivered a portobello mushroom as well. Savoury!

Easy Peach Cobbler II
I usually screw up anything I bake, but I was in charge of making a dessert for a small potluck. And this turned out beautifully!! I adjusted the recipe to serve 8, used a 9x12 pan, and based on all these members' suggestions, I used 1 tsp each vanilla and cinnamon, and only 1 cup of sugar. It was a smash hit and unbelievably easy! I am definitely making it again and experimenting with other fruits. Thank you!
