Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
These are GOOD! And, to top it all off, they're easy! We both loved them.

Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
Haven't had Shepherd's Pie in years! We really enjoyed this. Was simple to put together. Not liking cooked carrots I subbed them with corn. I did have to add more milk, about 1/4 cup, to the potatoes to make them more spreadable.

Slow Cooker Western Omelet

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2011
I love my crockpot but this just wasn't cutting it. I had 2 lbs of sausage I wanted to use so I subbed that for the ham. And, I used red and orange pepper for the green. Other than that, everything was the same. It didn't really look bad when I took the lid off but putting it on a plate.... It was not appetizing looking at all. The taste was alright but I'd rather not do it again. I used a 5 qt oval crockpot and it filled it up.

Ham Breakfast Braid

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
We both enjoyed this. I wasn't able to get all my eggs on the dough, though. I probably could've gotten away with only 6 eggs. I used part of a ham steak so I chopped the ham instead of slicing. No problems! This is a sort of a bland recipe but we don't like hot or spicy foods. This was just perfect! Thanks!

Italian Dressing Mix

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
This was very easy and quick to put together. I'm glad I found it cause I needed Italian Dressing for another recipe. I did sub EVOO for the Canola Oil since I didn't have that. I also cut the salt in half. I like salt but even so, 1 T was a bit too much. Next time I'll leave it out altogether.

Fried Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2011
I didn't have cooked potatoes so I started off with a couple raw Russets. I used raw onion, too. They were very good. My husband enjoyed them with some Ranch dressing. Will do these again.

Slow Cooker Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2011
Mmmmm, this is good with vanilla ice cream! I made as stated except I sliced my apples. I found it quicker to slice than chop. Will do this again, thanks!

Grilled Cheese with Tomato

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
I really enjoy grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches but adding the oregano and basil made a nice difference. I enjoyed it very much and will do this one again!

Herald's Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2011
I love these impossible pies. They're so easy and fairly quick to get into the oven. We're not spice loving people so we thoroughly enjoyed this! I booboo'ed and put the Bisquick mix in before the cheese. The cheese wound up going on last but it turned out great!

Cheeseburger Soup I

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2011
This was really good! I made it as written with no changes. I was leery of all the potatoes but it turned out really well. Thanks for a tasty soup! I think, though, next time I'll probably double the meat. Thanks again for posting!

Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2011
As others have said this does not show the best as presentable but it definitely is good! I would personally like more meat but this is still very good!

Muffin Morning Makers

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2011
Been making these for years. I always use the egg rings, makes it so much nicer, except for cleanup.. A hearty breakfast to start off the day when you have to get out and work around the house.

Microwave Potato Chips

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2011
I have to give this a cause it's so easy. It's my fault that my taters weren't in symmetrical shape. They did take a good 8 minutes in my nuker. I also used sea salt as someone else recommended. They are time consuming, though, cause you can only do so many at a time. But, you can't just have one!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2011
This was really good! I did sub cannelini beans for the chili beans and I didn't add the green chile peppers. We aren't spicy hot people but more on the mild side. But, wow! This was good. I used a 5 qt oval crockpot for those who are interested and it came to within an inch of the top. Perfect! Served with shredded cheddar and some sour cream. Delicious and thanks Janeen!

Campbell's® Spicy Salsa Mac 'n' Beef

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2011
I've been making this for years and never knew it was a Campbell's recipe. Just found it! I always use elbows instead of shells. It's quck, easy and we think, delicious! This can easily be doubled! We also serve it with sour cream and grated cheddar. A great weeknight meal!

I was introduced to this pizza many years ago and it's been a favorite since. I like to do different veggies to change it up some.

Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
I've never ever baked a cheesecake of any sort before and I sure am glad I found this recipe! I did cut the sugar down to 1/2 C per other reviews. And, I beat the mix for a little better than 10 minutes. I'm not sure why? There were no lumps in the mix after 3-4 minutes, maybe even before that. I used a blueberry topping and we sure did enjoy this. Thanks Karin for sharing!

BBQ Eggs

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2011
I didn't find that the different flavors melded together for me. It wasn't really all that appetizing to look at, either. Although, the taste was off for me, it may be flavorful to someone else.
