This is another super easy slow cooker recipe! Meat was tender and the gravy was just right! Made this as written.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2012
Thanks again for another great recipe Corwynn! I added carrots and that was all that I changed. I wish I had some peas, I think I would've added them, too. But, as is, it's a great soup! It makes a lot, too! I got four big containers full out of it.

This should certainly take care of any sweet tooth cravings you may have. It's easy to make, it's moist and it'll disappear quickly. We enjoyed this Michelle!

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
Mmmmm, good! The only thing I changed was to add more ham. I probably cut up about 1/2 pound. We both enjoyed this very much. Had lots of leftovers and they reheated very nicely in the microwave. Will be doing this again! Thanks POOBOO!

Ground Beef Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
We very much enjoyed this. I did, however, sub ground turkey for the ground beef; it needed to be used up. I didn't have half and half so I had to sub 1/2 T melted butter and milk to equal the 1/2 C called for. Will do this again but I'd also like to use the ground beef as called for.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
This was a nice surprise in lieu of plain ol' chicken. As other reviewers stated I didn't brown the chicken. I also took others advice and put 1 C of rice in the bottom of the crockpot. Then I simply removed the skin and place the drumsticks over the rice; mixed the sauce and poured over all. I didn't have fresh ginger so I used a little less than 1 tsp of powder. I only had a can of pineapple chunks but that worked out just as well. Next time I do think I'll just make the rice separate. It would be much more appealing. The way I did it there's not much sauce at all; the rice absorbed all the liquid.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
I really thought we would enjoy these but we didn't. They were certainly easy to put together. We don't care for cumin so I subbed Taco seasoning as did a lot of other reviewers. Other than that I made them as written. I really don't know what it lacked for us but they just weren't what we expected.

Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2012
These were awesome! After reading reviews I decided to use 3/4 C sugar. I felt they were too sweet so the next batch I only used 1/2 C and they were much better. Sure will be doing these again! Thanks for sharing!

Baked Mushroom Thighs

We thought these were soooooo good! They came out juicy and tender. I did remove the skin before coating. The dipping sauce was a special treat that my husband just loved! I did, however, forget to use the butter and I don't think it made any difference. This recipe rocks! Thanks for posting!!

This tasted wonderful. I started off with 4 frozen breasts as I usually do when using the crockpot. This is very easy to do and tasty.

Burly Burger

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
This is definitely a 'man'wich. My husband loved it! And, I could see a lot of guys would like this. I didn't find it as the best; I think I would put some ketchup on it next time. I grilled the burgers instead of pan frying them. We're not fond of fried burgers. Thanks for posting!

Having some zucchini and wanting to use some up I'm glad I found this recipe! I did mince up a clove of garlic and used some of that instead of using the powder. This was great! Thanks for sharing!

Chicken Noodle Soup

I loved this! It was very easy to do and I didn't have to stand over the stove making it. Had a good flavor! I did use more water, however, and I used egg noodles in lieu of 'fine noodles'. This will freeze well, too!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Totally easy to make and tastes wonderful! Not sure if I've ever made spinach dip before. I sure will now though! I did, however, use the whole 10 oz box of spinach instead of just half. Will be doing this one again!
