Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

They tasted great, even non-pumpkin lovers ate them up. Don't know if it's just me, but I found that they tasted better the next morning for breakfast. Yum!

Heavenly! My boyfriend dreams of these things. It's ridiculously easy to make and tastes so creamy and delicious. The only change I made was I used less butter than was called for.

Holiday Chicken Salad

I've made this countless times. Each time I add or omit different things according to what I have. Grapes are great in it as well. I've used turkey instead of chicken, I add a touch of curry powder at times. It tastes great every time!
