This was pretty good. I doubled it and it took more than double the time to bake. It also seemed a little eggy to me. It was easy though. I can't complain about that. A great mid-week dessert. Alright, I was a little more careful witht he directions this time and it came out great. Smooth, creamy and delicious! I've tried it w/the sour cream topping and w/apricot jelly topping. Today we're going with black cherry jam topping. Endless options w/this easy recipe. I've used no crust, ginger snap crust, and graham crust. I'll try a chocolate version next time.
