Breakfast - Classic Pancakes with 100% Pure Maple Syrup
I used Whole Wheat Pastry Flour and Silk Soy Milk instead of the Almond Milk  - Two pancakes filled me up - my oldest daughter only ate one, but she woke up kind of grumpy today, so that may have been just for spite! :).  We'll see if she sneaks another later in the day.

These sound good - and we always only use 100% pure maple syrup - isn't it the best??!! I remember when my kids would wake up grumpy and do that. Later I'd catch them in the kitchen.. Ha!ha!

I use only 100% pure maple syrup also, but grade B. It, darker and more flavorful than grade A.
