What can I say..this is an awesome recipe. I made it the first time using the boneless ribs, but the second time, I used a lean pork roast, which ended up being cheaper, and more lean. This is a keeper!

Peanut Clusters Chocolate Cookie

These are delicious, the only thing I would recommend is to leave out the peanuts. If you use crunchy peanut butter, that supplies enough of the peanut "crunchy" taste. Plus leaving out the peanuts helps them firm up better in the fridge.

Roasted Chicken Salad Bites

This recipe is awesome! The hint of dill, with the combination of roasted chicken, grapes & mandarin oranges tastes wonderful. I did not change a thing with this recipe. I have made it several times for group outings, and get rave reviews, thank you for sharing!

Peppy Provolone Slices

These are easy to make, a real crowd pleaser. Shared the recipe with my daughter, and her friends loved it too! Wouldn't change a thing. I did also try it with turkey pepperoni and low fat provolone...excellent low fat version without compromising the quality or taste. A real keeper!

Pizza Casserole

This was fabulous, the only change I made was I added 1 can (14.5 oz) of diced tomatoes so that the casserole would not be too dry. It is wonderful reheated and a breeze to make! I will definitely be making this again!

These are a hit everywhere I take them. You have to have patience, it takes time to core/fill the cherry tomatoes, but when you are done, they look great, and taste even better. Thanks for sharing!

Spinach and Leek White Bean Soup

Italian Style Pork Chops

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

I thought this recipe was very good. The marinating made the chicken so tender. Chicken is a bland meat to begin with, so if you are inclined to want more taste or spicier, you will have to add your own. I made the Avacado Feta Salsa to go with this and it was yummy! I will be making this again! Thanks
