BBQ Chicken Calzones
What a great recipie! So easy. I used a dash of dry cilantro seasoning instead of the fresh, and it still tasted great.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
What can I say..this is an awesome recipe. I made it the first time using the boneless ribs, but the second time, I used a lean pork roast, which ended up being cheaper, and more lean. This is a keeper!

Peanut Clusters Chocolate Cookie
These are delicious, the only thing I would recommend is to leave out the peanuts. If you use crunchy peanut butter, that supplies enough of the peanut "crunchy" taste. Plus leaving out the peanuts helps them firm up better in the fridge.
