Wow...this is soooooo good. I made this for a party..they were gone in a flash ! I also used chopped canned tomatoes and it was delish! I think the canned tomatoes add a bit more flavor then the fresh.

Thai Ginger Chicken (Gai Pad King)

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
This is so yummy !!!! I made the recipe as stated except that I reduced the ginger as sugg. by another reviewer, down to 3 tsp. My kids really liked this.. I will double the recipe next time and use brown sugar instead of white and add more heat (spice). Thanks for the great recipe !

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
I did not care for this recipe. My husband is Indian and he took one bite and was done. I have been cooking Indian for 14 years and this is not it. I will continue with my in-laws' version instead. I will post that recipe soon. Sorry to leave negative feedback.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These are great cookies if you are looking for something that holds shape well. However, they tasted like a biscuit instead of a cookie. I will not be using this recipe again but thanks anyway.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2007
This is definately a keeper ! I did not add any salt per other reviews. The soup was plenty salty with the broth. I did however add black pepper to taste and I also sauteed the celery and onion with 3 cloves of garlic and the poulty seasoning(this really brings out the flavor in your spices) in evoo then added the broth to that. I also used a store bought rotisserie chicken- per other reviews. Yummy.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2007
This is a great recipe. I did make some alteration's and it was the best lasagna we have ever had ! I tend to eyeball everything instead of measuring. 1. mixed half ricotta and half cottage cheese with a pinch of nutmeg, some parsley, 2 eggs (made it nice and firm) and one package 10.oz fr.chopped spinach(defrosted) Make sure to squeeze out excess water. 2. Browned 1.5lbs of sweet italian sausage (instead of beef) and layered as usual. These are not my own alterations these are multiple reviews put together. I also soaked the noodles in hot water and they turned out perfect.

Thai Peanut Chicken

Reviewed: May 16, 2007
THIS WAS AWESOME !!!!! I took the advice of others and tripled the sauce.I used less soy sauce and added a Tablespoon of molasses. I also added about 2-3 tsp of brown sugar (mixed with a little water so it wouldn't lump) and poured on top of chicken mixture last minute ! this is a keeper.
