Grill Master Chicken Wings

Dont touch a thing.... This recipe is perfect ... Nice way to avoid breaking out the Deep Fryer. the only thing i did do is make a little extra sauce to toss the wings in other than that this is GOLD

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

What can I say that hasnt already been said. I make these wings 3 or 4 times a month, they're simply amazing. I also add other seasonings to my Flour mixture. like lawreys seasoning pepper and there seasoning salt. VERY VERY important you must refridgerate your wings for at least 1 1/2 - 2 hours. if you want them to come out nice and crispy. And Baking them dont do them justice. Indulge in there deep fried goodness.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Loved these. Nice change from traditional Buffalo Wings. Very sweet and Limey. YUM.. I used the zest of the whole lime. and 2 cloves garlic. then added Lawreys Seasoning Salt and Seasoning Pepper to the Flour along with some Garlic Powder. After I tossed the wings in Flour I let chill in fridge about 2hrs that way they would crisp right up in the HOT oil. Very Very Good with a ice cold Corona. Pairs very well.

Cinnamon Rolls II

Amazing, Came out much better than I expected, I cut the recipe in half to make just one pan but wished I hadn't since everyone gobbled them up so quickly. added little extra vanilla and 4oz cream cheese to the 1/2'd recipe. Also never had anyone rave so much about frosting but it wasnt to sickening sweet just perfect. I'll be making another batch very soon.

Italian Sausage Soup

This was a really great hearty soup for this chilly winter we been having. Followed recipe exactly but cut spinich in half. Delicious. Will be makeing again Definatly.

Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

Whoooeee !! This was amazing after a few minor tweeks. Used 2 Qts stock, switched out the red chilies for green pepper. added some okra (its not gumbo w/o okra) cut the cajun seasoning down just a bit so the kids would still eat it, served it over rice. Definatly will Add more chicken and sausage next time. Makes a very nice size pot we ate on this for 3 days. Now thats sum good eatin!

Banana Crumb Muffins

AMAZING AMAZING if you love bananna bread you'll love these muffins. the crumb topping makes them really stand out. I followed the recipe to the "T" except i added twice the amount of cinnamon. Definatly will be making these again soon.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Super easy to make No need to add any salt the prosciutto is salty enough. make sure to use very thin sliced. will be makeing them again soon for an easter appetizer. gotta love fresh asparagus.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Hands Down the best ribs ever. First off Rubbed these bad boys down with Paula Deans house seasoning. and McCormics Pork Rub. Substitued 2c Cattlemans SmokeHouse BBQ sauce for Ketchup and 1c Ketchup for the chili sauce. No need to add any vinegar. and hit it with a nice helping of lousiana hot sauce. Kids and Wife loved it all were coverd in the Saucey Goodness Provided by these Ribs. Cooked on Low for 7hrs and Finished in the oven at 400 for another 30min. Will be makeing these again soon.

Holiday Chicken Salad

Awsome Chicken Salad just what I have been looking for. Also Added about a cup of sliced grapes and substitued sunflower seeds for the pecans. Simply Amazing. 3 good size chicken breast will give you just the right amount of chicken as well. I seasoned them with a little garlic salt and some seasoning salt for some extra flavor. Served them on some big ole butter croissants.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Chicken Enchiladas II

Awsome. Ive been looking for an enchilada recipe with white sauce and this is a keeper. I had to double this as I make mine pretty thick. I only got 8 out of a doubled recipe. you wont be disapointed.
