Raw Vegetable Salad

i had this at a dinner party and love it. i rushed home and did a search to find it online. i left out the cauliflower, celery and peas but used the rest of the stuff. SUPER YUMMY. Can't wait to make more of it, great for lunch too if you just add chicken to it.

Mini Cheesecakes I

i made these for christmas and they were super good. i also took the advice of other members and did variations, i used crushed oreo cookies for the crust and added coco powder on some and used raspberry jam for others to give it different flavors. everyone loved them!

Pollo Fajitas

made these a few nights ago and they were delicious. i'm actually making it again tonight for dinner guests. Followed recipe exactly, served with homemade guac, sour cream and shredded cheese. way better then restaurant....healthier too!

Spooky Witches' Fingers

As far as presentation goes, this is beyond 5 stars! I made these for a halloween party last year and they were the talk of the night. However, the taste was very bland.. for a cookie I'd expect much more. If I make it this year for halloween I'll have to make some alterations, not sure what yet.

LOVE this! I have it for breakfat everyday now. At times I don't have the strawberries so i leave it out and its still delicious. its so awesome to be able to have HEALTHY breakfast while driving to work :)

Irish Egg Rolls

made these for my irish soon to be famiy in law. Grandpa loved them, and that says a lot! i did however use spam and used the prepackaged cole slaw mix, made life a little easier. will definately make again.

I made this for 4th of July bbq. Everyone loved it! i did add fresh raspberries and mint to the mixture. I also couldn't find raspberry lemanade concentrate, so i used pink lemonade. PERFECT! :) Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Old Fashioned Stuffing

I was invited to my bf's sisters house for thanksgiving last year and was asked to bring the stuffing, I used this recipe and followed it to the T...and I don't know about you guys, but when the grandmother stands up and says this is delicious stuffing, I don't know what other compliment can be better. Mind you, she made her own stuffing too...and she actually like mine better. Thanks for the recipe, this year, they are all coming to our place for thanksgiving. ;)

this was delicious! my sister, boyfriend and i absolutely loved this. I added frozen veggies and had to add some milk to the crust to make it more watery, i think i used the wrong kind of buttermilk...but all in all, i'll definately make this again!!

Prime Rib

After reading some of the reviews, i was skeptical of the outcome of this recipe, but i got the courage and tried it 2 nights ago. I made a few mods to the cooking time though, keeping in mind that i have an electric oven...I had a 12lbs pork ribs, i had them cook @ 500 for 60 minutes, then i turned off the oven and let the oven do its magic, after an hour and 15 minutes, i turne the oven back on to 250 degrees and had it cook for anothe 30 minutes and turned it off and let it sit in the oven for 10 minutes. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR! the ribs turned out PERFECT!!!! My friend said those were the best ribs he had, i personally thought it needed a little more flavor. but the outcome of the meat texture was really an A++
