Angel Chicken Pasta

I use cream of onion or cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom -- everyone loves it! Great if you're taking meals to someone! I also cut the chicken into chunks

Shrimp Scampi Bake

I like things spicey so I added a bite of cayenne red pepper to the shrimp before I poured on the sauce. I give this a 5 with the cayenne.

This cake was very quick and easy to make. My kids made it with their babysitter! I love the tanginess. It was just what I wanted. Based on another review, they only made 2/3 of the glaze, which was the perfect amount. We will definately have this again.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Very tasty and easy to make. The whole family loved it. We added some bacon and bacon grease, cayanne pepper and red pepper flakes. Like most others, we doubled the sauce. We will definately make it again.

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Pumpkin Chip Muffins

Excellent muffins! Everyone from my parents to my kids (5 and 2) loved them!! Even my dad, who doesn't like pumpkin! And very easy - my 5 year old made most of it. We frosted them with a cream cheese icing. Lovely!

Pasta Fruit Salad II

My kids loved helping make this and ate even more because they made it. Very quick and easy. The texture takes some getting use to though.

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

Very tasty. It loses a star for kid friendly because of the spiciness. I would probably take off two stars for the spiciness, except my kids like spicy food. We also used fresh ginger rather than ground ginger.
