Caramel Apple Pear Pie

This is my recipe. I love it. Everyone loves when I bring this pie. you can always do just apples. Use proper baking apples for best texture.

Carrot Cake III

I did substitute half the oil with applesauce and did 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white. Omitted pecan. It was good except for the slight acid taste. Either the sugar needs to be bumped up or the baking soda needs to be slightly reduced.

Tzatziki Sauce I

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

I followed some others advice and used a mixture of shredded kraft cheese that has the three cheeses in it and about 8 oz velvetta cheese. It came out very creamy and good. Next time I will be a little more fun and throw some caramelized onions or bacon pieces in it.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Loved it. I rubbed butter all over the chicken, threw a half an onion in the cavity (all i had) and then seasoned with a couple different spices like lemon pepper etc. Timing was great and the bird came out so juicy.

Made this for the first time the other day and it was one of my first cakes from scratch. It turned out great. You have to be careful that it doesn't get dry. Err on the cautious side of cooking times. My cake was great but my cupcakes got a little hard and dry on top.

Buttercream Icing

This frosting tastes great. Perfect for frosting cakes. If you want to make it stiffer for decorating cut out the butter and sub shortening.

I used this recipe exactly as it states and made it for a friends wedding cake. Everyone loved it. Perfect as is. Makes a great consistency of cake perfect for stacking.
