I can't cook rice to save my life. It's either too watery or burnt.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Good for a go to cookie. I'm still waiting to find a 'great' chocolate chip cookie though.

Amish Bread
This is one of the best bread recipes on the site. I use it regularly without any problems. I follow the directions as they are written.

Strawberry Pie II
I made this the way the recipe read. I didn't change anything. It was good. Next time, I do think that I will cut down the sugar and add more whole fruit to the bottom and a little less to the cornstarch mixture. Maybe a little lemon juice too.
