Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
This is a good recipe but it needed some adjustment. Like others, 28oz of tomatoes were plenty. I made an additional batch of sauce because I had leftovers. I used pre-cooked shrimp and added it at the very end (after simmering the sauce). Heat the shrimp through (approx 5 min) then add the cooked pasta. Very nice and the leftovers can be frozen. How convenient! Thanks NJMOM, I needed another recipe for Shrimp!

Easy Baked Ham

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
This recipe seemed easy enough. I followed it exactly but the ham curled up and was EXTREMELY DRY. I retried the recipe, but did not remove the foil for the last 20 minutes, as the recipe instructed. What a difference! The second try was a hit with my family. They suggested I thank you after the second try, so thanks BCORTE for sharing!

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
Excdellent recipe. I used talapia fillets and followed the recipe to a "T". It was a "supreme" hit with my family (as the younger generation exclaimed)! Thanks so very much for a fantastic recipe. I love Allrecipes!

Butternut Squash Soup with Sage

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
This is a wonderful "special" soup for family and friends during the holidays. Unfortuantly not everyone likes Butternut Squash, but for those willing to give it a try, are "pleasantly surprised". This is one of my favorite recipies and I followed it exactly as written. You can't go wrong!! Thanks Campbells Kitchen for sharing this terrific soup!

Blue Cheese Beef Tenderloin

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
Superb!! There are few words to express how delicious this dish is. It is a recipe that I will serve not only on special occasions or to special guests, but to family when tenderloin is on sale. I followed this recipe exactly and it could not have turned out better. Thanks so much for a wonderful way to prepare Tenderloin.

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
These chops are TERRIFIC!! I prepared them exactly as the recipe instructs and they came out so tender and juicy. I think the next time I will add sliced onion, but only because we love onion. Thanks for a great pork chop recipe.

Sage and Citrus Perfect Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
I was really looking forward to this gravy, however, I followed the recipe exactly as written (but for 24 servings rather than 12) and it was quite bland. I even added some salt and pepper but it didn't help. It's a good thing I tried it today instead of 2 days from now on "turkey" day. I guess I will have to rely on my old standby, Heinz. UPDATE: I added two jars of Heinz Turkey Gravey to this and I was able to save it.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: May 9, 2013
This chicken is delicious. The only thing I did different was to use italian seasoned bread crumbs. This was an easy and FAST recipe for during the week. Try it you will like it.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2013
This salmon is to "die for"!! We love spicy food so this recipe hit the spot. I am going to try using this rub on chicken breasts also. Hope it's as good as the fish.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2013
I have been an All Recipes member for over five years and never experienced the result I have experienced tonight! There was sooooooooo much liquid, it was bubbling out the top. The cheese was burning on top of the loaf. When I cut into it, it was like cutting into oatmeal. I don't know why this recipe got such a high rating.

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2013
I love pork roast and this was the best recipe that I have tried yet. It was so moist, aromatic and flavorful. The rosemary definitely makes this dish. Instead of wine I used chicken broth as I had no white wine in the house, but the sauce was absolutely delicious. Thanks for a wonderful pork roast recipe.

Chef John's Prison-Style Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
This recipe was easy to make and a great variation of the typical meatloaf dish. I used Panko bread crumbs. Although you need to add a little more than the recipe calls for because of the texture of these crumbs. I also used Barilla Tomato & Basil sauce. Great the next day too!
