Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

This manicotti is tasty and easy to prepare. I followed the recipe exactly. I agree with other reviewers; use a sauce you really like. I only gave 4 stars b/c I thought the filling was a little bland. Next time I will add more garlic to the filling for a little extra flavor.

Grilled Chicken and Pasta Salad

Excellent flavor, great mix of textures, easy to make and pretty to present. Using left over grilled chicken made preparing the salad super fast. My husband and I liked it with Italian dressing, my son preferred Caesar. This salad is yummy as is, but it's so versatile it would be simple to put a personal spin on it. Next time I make this (and I will make it again), my husband suggested adding some prosciutto. Perfect summer meal but would also make a good dish to take to a cookout or BBQ. Thanks for a great recipe!

German Apple Cake I

WOW!! This cake was great. So moist and flavorful. I kept all the measurements the same and used fuji apples (4 large). The cake recipe is great as is. But, I added the caramel drizzle another reviewer recommended and that sent the cake over the top! Really, it was amazing! I'm glad we had company to help eat it or I would have finished it off. Thanks for the great recipe.

Jalapeno Popper Spread

I followed this recipe exactly. My friends loved it. Crostini was the favorite dipper. I think next time I'll add bread crumbs as suggested by others. Thanks for a great party recipe!

Raw Veggie Picnic Salad

I made this for a picnic at the beach. It was simple to prepare and it kept well in the cooler. My husband just loved it. I would recommend this for a cook-out or any casual gathering.

Brazilian Collards

WOW! These collards are excellent. I served them at a big family dinner. Everyone raved about the dish. My father who's been making collards since before I was born asked me for the recipe. That's a HUGE compliment! If I make them again when there will be a lot of kids I may half the cayenne pepper so the collards can be enjoyed by the little ones as well. Thanks for this great, great recipe!!!

Alfredo Sauce

WOW! This is the best Alfredo recipe. My family loved it! I will make this sauce again and again. I made it with Pecorino Romano b/c that's what I had on hand. I used the sauce as a base and then added fresh spinach sauted with garlic and sundried tomatoes to the pasta. Amazing!!

Grilled Swordfish

This was really good and really fast! I didn't have any garlic powder so I put one minced garlic clove in with the marinade. Wonderful! I will make this again.

Grandma's Peach French Toast

My family loved this dish! I made it with light peaches b/c that's what I had on hand, and I used the peach syrup instead of water. Like others suggested, I added the extra milk and egg and then dredged the bread. I let the dish soak overnight. Before baking I added the extra milk mixture. Yum Yum!

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

I made this casserole for a crowd. It was wonderful. I only slightly changed the recipe by adding onions and tomatoes. Everyone raved about it. I will certainly be serving this dish again!
